Who owns the software you build?
For fixed-price builds, you do — completely. Code, data, accounts, the lot. It's a deliverable, not a rental. For subscription platforms like Lendric, you licence the platform; your data is always yours and exportable.
Why would I pay for a website when I could use a template builder?
If a brochure is all you need, you probably shouldn't — a template will do. You pay us when the site has to do something specific to your business: qualify leads with your rules, book into your calendar, talk to your CRM, run a calculator or matcher your competitors don't have. That's the part that pays for itself.
How long does a build take?
A Website + Lead Engine is live in two to three weeks. Portals and platforms have a working version in three to four weeks and reach production-grade a few weeks after that. We build AI-native, which compresses timelines traditional agencies quote in months. Your proposal includes a fixed timeline.
What does the managed service cover?
Hosting, monitoring, security updates, bug fixes, small improvements, and direct support. If something breaks, we fix it — usually before you notice. It's optional, but recommended for anything business-critical.
What happens if we cancel the managed service?
Nothing dramatic — you own the software, so you keep it. We hand over hosting cleanly, document everything, and you (or any developer) can run it from there. Subscription platforms work like any SaaS: cancel, export your data, done.
Are there hourly rates or surprise costs?
No. Every build is a fixed fee with fixed deliverables, agreed before work starts. If you ask for more scope later, we quote it as a separate fixed piece. No hourly billing, ever.
How do you handle our data and security?
Your data stays yours. We use Australian or regional hosting where required, encrypt data in transit and at rest, and limit access to what the software actually needs. For regulated industries we design to your compliance requirements from day one — Lendric, for example, generates NCCP compliance documents as a core feature.
